TRRA's commissioned inventories of institutional and corporate programs, resources and capacities in the energy and environment sector are close to completion. The inventory of Toronto Region environment and energy R&D in companies will be complete by the end of January. The inventory of the region’s R&D in universities and colleges will be complete in February, 2008.

TRRA's resulting compilation of results into an E&E directory of resources and activity will reveal an impressive array of activities, documented comprehensively for the first time, and represents consequent enormous opportunities to promote the region's R&D in the sector to investors, to access public-sector funding for research in the sector, and grow the sector. The E&E database will be posted to the TRRA website.
